The collection displays the works of the most famous Italian artists from the early 1900 till 1970s. The museum opens with “The fourth estate” the picture by Pellizza da Volpedo which became the symbol of social rights during the industrial revolution and continues with the works of the artistic movement futurism, to the provocations of Piero Manzoni and pop art.
